Coordinates post-sale fire apparatus projects from pre-construction through delivery. Serves as the primary customer and dealer liaison, manages specifications and change orders, maintains project documentation, provides status updates, supports production teams, and helps resolve project issues. Manages post-sale fire apparatus projects from pre-production through delivery. Serves as the primary customer and dealer liaison, coordinates specifications and production activities, processes change orders, supports customer reviews, resolves production issues, maintains project documentation, and provides status updates. Collaborates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, service, and dealer teams to ensure apparatus are built according to customer requirements, company standards, and production timelines.

Develop and support embedded software for fire truck vehicle control systems. Design, test, and validate software and system improvements; troubleshoot product issues; implement corrective actions; and provide technical support to internal teams and suppliers. The role collaborates with global, cross-functional, production, and product development teams while supporting software quality and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems for ARFF firetrucks. Create and update electrical schematics and BOMs. Support production and field technicians with technical information, programming, troubleshooting, assembly training, and resolve design/production/field issues working cross-functionally.

Design, develop, and test mechanical sub-systems for fire apparatus. Create detail drawings and BOMs, run simulations and validation tests, ensure regulatory compliance (FMVSS/SAE/NFPA), support production and suppliers, troubleshoot field and production issues, and implement corrective actions within the QMS while collaborating cross-functionally.

Serve as the technical gatekeeper between sales and manufacturing: validate pricing, audit and clean custom truck specifications, resolve configuration conflicts, author change orders, convert Quote Writer files into Excel for downstream teams, and support dealers and pre-sales to ensure production-ready builds.

Supervise daily production activities to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality targets; coordinate materials, resolve BOM/design/process issues with engineering, train and monitor line personnel, ensure safety and build book signoffs, and provide supervisor backup.

Design, develop, and test firetruck sub-systems from prototype to production. Create drawings and BOMs, run simulation and validation tests, ensure compliance with vehicle/regulatory standards (FMVSS, SAE, NFPA), collaborate cross-functionally, support suppliers, resolve production/field issues, and implement corrective actions per QMS.

Lead and manage metal fabrication production to meet schedules, quality, safety, and delivery targets. Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, coordinate resources and cross-functional teams, resolve production issues, mentor and develop staff, enforce quality controls and safety, and report performance and improvement opportunities to leadership.
