Leads Rosenbauer’s North American sales organization, overseeing regional sales managers, national sales strategy, revenue and profitability performance, forecasting, strategic accounts, dealer relationships, pricing, and market growth. Partners with executive and cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives, develop talent, manage organizational change, and represent the company with customers and industry stakeholders. Requires 50–75% travel throughout North America.

Leads complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk and issue management, stakeholder reporting, vendor coordination, change management, user adoption, process improvement, and technology portfolio alignment. The role manages infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, software, cloud, and manufacturing systems initiatives while applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems for ARFF firetrucks. Create and update electrical schematics and BOMs. Support production and field technicians with technical information, programming, troubleshooting, assembly training, and resolve design/production/field issues working cross-functionally.
