Lead and grow a B2B SaaS customer support team, maintain best-in-class SLAs, build Zendesk automations and self-serve resources, analyze support trends to inform product and reduce volume, and stay close to clinicians via phone/text.

Own and build clinician-facing mobile and web frontends: improve UX, robustness, and performance. Architect scalable, offline-first interfaces; implement real-time voice/audio and deep device integrations; collaborate with Product Design; establish testing, monitoring, and best practices. Ship production mobile apps and modern web dashboards used in unreliable connectivity environments.
