Own and build clinician-facing mobile and web frontends: improve UX, robustness, and performance. Ship production mobile apps and modern web dashboards used in unreliable connectivity environments.

Work directly with the founders as a generalist operator: own cross-functional, high-impact initiatives end-to-end, streamline operations across sales, CS, product, engineering, and hiring, handle admin/logistics, coordinate communications and follow-ups, and solve ambiguous urgent problems to free founder bandwidth.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise home-health AI customers: prospect, outbound cold-calling, qualify inbound, negotiate and close six- to seven-figure deals, manage pipeline and accounts, quantify ROI, and work cross-functionally to renew and expand business.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) to home health decision-makers, run qualification calls, manage inbound/outbound leads in HubSpot, articulate Rogers AI value proposition, and build pipeline for $50k average deal sizes while sharing market insights.

Own clinician-facing onboarding, training, and operational workflows to drive adoption. Monitor usage, surface insights, troubleshoot issues, create training materials, and relay feedback to inform product and success strategy.

Build and productionize LLM-based systems for home health: train and fine-tune models, create eval datasets and pipelines, design metrics and feedback loops, build scalable inference and monitoring, develop agentic infrastructure, and ship reliable, clinician-facing AI features.

The Founding Recruiter at Roger is responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, building recruiting strategies, partnering with founders, and representing the company's culture to attract top talent. Requires experience in technical and operational recruiting.
