Own clinician-facing onboarding, training, and operational workflows to drive adoption. Monitor usage, surface insights, troubleshoot issues, create training materials, and relay feedback to inform product and success strategy.

Build and productionize LLM-based systems for home health: train and fine-tune models, create eval datasets and pipelines, design metrics and feedback loops, build scalable inference and monitoring, develop agentic infrastructure, and ship reliable, clinician-facing AI features.

Build and scale backend services and APIs that interface with production LLMs and generative AI models. Ship FastAPI-based services using MongoDB/Postgres, Docker, and AWS. Prototype and harden MVPs into scalable, secure production systems, improve architecture and observability, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating cross-functionally.
