Own brand, content, and demand-generation for a healthcare AI startup: create marketing and sales enablement assets, produce SEO-driven content, run email nurture and paid acquisition experiments, manage social and webinars, improve website performance, drive conference strategy, and partner with Customer Success on advocacy programs.

Own and build clinician-facing mobile and web frontends: improve UX, robustness, and performance. Architect scalable, offline-first interfaces; implement real-time voice/audio and deep device integrations; collaborate with Product Design; establish testing, monitoring, and best practices. Ship production mobile apps and modern web dashboards used in unreliable connectivity environments.

Work directly with the founders as a generalist operator: own cross-functional, high-impact initiatives end-to-end, streamline operations across sales, CS, product, engineering, and hiring, handle admin/logistics, coordinate communications and follow-ups, and solve ambiguous urgent problems to free founder bandwidth.
