Own business operations across areas such as hiring, people operations, revenue operations, customer support, and special projects. Build scalable workflows, maintain systems and records, manage cross-functional coordination, create dashboards, analyze metrics, and support founders and team leads. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, communication, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn quickly in a startup environment.

Own product discovery, strategy, specifications, metrics, and delivery for Roger’s AI platform. Partner closely with clinicians, agency leaders, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations to identify workflow problems, ship impactful solutions, and measure adoption. This early product hire will shape product direction and practices while improving healthcare documentation workflows for clinicians.
