Manage and grow authorized retail distribution in an assigned California/Nevada territory. Meet sales targets, solicit orders, develop new accounts, build customer relationships, use structured sales processes, support marketing plans, travel extensively, and perform moderate physical tasks.

Make outbound and answer inbound dealer calls to generate orders, upsell products, promote new items, maintain territory sales goals, create Excel reports, collaborate with outside sales and internal teams, and provide timely customer follow-up and documentation.

Responsible for maximizing sales and distribution within Florida and Southern Georgia by developing retailer relationships, soliciting orders, managing distribution, executing sales processes, and supporting marketing plans. Must meet sales targets, travel extensively (75%), work independently, use advanced MS Office, and perform moderate physical labor including lifting 50 lbs.

Provide on-site B2B sales support and fittings, promote the CustomFit program, assist sales team to reach goals, address customer objections and complaints, and collaborate with account and inside sales teams.

Manage customer accounts to collect past-due balances, apply and reconcile payments, and maintain sales tax certificates. Perform cash application, daily GL communication, dispute resolution, CRM documentation, and collaborate with sales and internal teams. Serve as backup for account setup, phone queue, and cash application duties.

Lead technical strategy for flame-resistant, high-visibility, and occupational safety apparel programs. Provide product expertise, ensure regulatory compliance (NFPA, OSHA, ASTM), manage vendor relations and product development, deliver training and field support, analyze market trends and product performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product launches, quality assurance, and business growth across industrial markets.

Lead daily apparel customization production (DTF and related processes), supervise staff, manage scheduling, maintain quality standards, operate and troubleshoot printing equipment, control inventory and materials, own production KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery and cost targets.

Provide on-site B2B sales support by assisting fittings, promoting the CustomFit program, educating customers on safety footwear, building relationships, resolving complaints, and supporting sales goals alongside account teams.

Coordinate and wave orders in the warehouse management system (PKMS), identify and resolve inventory or shipping issues, maintain wave master and carrier/third-party setups, process and cancel orders, handle sample orders, scan paperwork, and support transportation routing tasks.

Analyze sales, traffic, and campaign performance on third-party marketplaces to optimize product placement, UX, and conversion. Research trends, develop data-driven marketing and merchandising strategies, report findings, and collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to drive growth and profitability.
