Provide product expertise, ensure regulatory compliance (NFPA, OSHA, ASTM), manage vendor relations and product development, deliver training and field support, analyze market trends and product performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product launches, quality assurance, and business growth across industrial markets.

Lead daily apparel customization production (DTF and related processes), supervise staff, manage scheduling, maintain quality standards, operate and troubleshoot printing equipment, control inventory and materials, own production KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery and cost targets.

Provide on-site B2B sales support by assisting fittings, promoting the CustomFit program, educating customers on safety footwear, building relationships, resolving complaints, and supporting sales goals alongside account teams.
