Lead daily apparel customization production (DTF and related processes), supervise staff, manage scheduling, maintain quality standards, operate and troubleshoot printing equipment, control inventory and materials, own production KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery and cost targets.

Provide on-site B2B sales support by assisting fittings, promoting the CustomFit program, building customer relationships, resolving complaints, and collaborating with account and inside sales teams. Frequent travel and product advice for safety footwear are required.

Drive sales and distribution across an assigned multi-state territory through retailer relationships, territory planning, presentations, market analysis, and execution of tactical and strategic sales plans. Travel frequently for customer visits, trade events, and on-site assessments while maintaining CRM updates and sales reporting.
