Develop market strategies, expand venue usage, and manage stakeholder relationships to drive enrollment, paid contracts, and financial performance.

Provide financial and HR support for the College of Engineering Technology: track and process transactions, reconcile payroll, prepare monthly reconciliations and variance reports, coordinate procurement, perform financial analyses and forecasting, maintain compliant financial records, and support departmental budgeting and reporting.

Operate and maintain ice resurfacing equipment (including Zamboni), supervise student rink crew, perform rink and equipment maintenance, coordinate ice rentals, manage skate rental and sharpening, handle cash deposits, and perform off-season facility maintenance.

Lead and manage operational aspects of Combined Accelerated Bachelor's/Master's programs, including scheduling, budgets, vendor payments, analytics, process improvement, student liaison duties, and cross-campus coordination to support recruitment, retention, and graduate transition for over 3,000 students.
