Manage daily operations, safety, maintenance, and budgeting for MMET laboratories with emphasis on metal fabrication, CNC, and welding facilities. Supervise student workers and adjuncts, develop training and curriculum, maintain inventory, schedule equipment maintenance/calibration, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Operate and maintain ice resurfacing equipment (including Zamboni), supervise student rink crew, perform rink and equipment maintenance, coordinate ice rentals, manage skate rental and sharpening, handle cash deposits, and perform off-season facility maintenance.

Lead development, deployment, and support of enrollment-related applications. Perform coding, debugging, testing, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and lifecycle management. Advise stakeholders on systems, networks, security, and data standards. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in microelectronics; conduct and publish research in nanoelectronics, semiconductor devices, CMOS processing, neuromorphic/AI devices, memory technologies, or III-V epitaxy; establish sponsored research; supervise students; collaborate across departments; and maintain extensive cleanroom fabrication and lab-based teaching experience.

Provide administrative and student services support for an academic program and AMPrint Center: handle course scheduling, syllabi, evaluations, tuition waivers, permits, graduation checks, recruitment and accreditation support, assist with grant proposal/admin tasks, purchasing, hiring students/staff, travel arrangements, event coordination, and maintain records while advising stakeholders on policies.

Conduct independent laboratory research on bio-based and compostable packaging materials, including polymer processing (extrusion), material characterization (SEM, DSC, FTIR, WVTR/O2TR), data analysis, publishing, grant writing, project and lab management, mentorship of students, and collaboration with industry and academic partners.
