Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, budgets, correspondence, confidential information, and cross-divisional projects. Prepare briefing materials, coordinate events and boards, track action items, and represent the President to internal and external stakeholders to advance institutional priorities.

Develops and manages K-12 and pre-college programs: identifies and cultivates school partners, coordinates logistics, recruits and retains participants, tracks and evaluates program impact, and markets initiatives to expand access for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Requires collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and occasional evening, weekend, and travel work.

Lead development, deployment, and support of enrollment-related applications. Perform coding, debugging, testing, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and lifecycle management. Advise stakeholders on systems, networks, security, and data standards. Mentor staff and collaborate with teams and vendors to improve performance and maintain enterprise services, with a focus on Financial Aid systems.
