Develop front-end and back-end applications for the NTID Center on Access Technology. Responsibilities include researching and designing software, analyzing user needs, gathering requirements, developing and testing solutions, documenting work, collaborating with internal customers, and tracking project delivery. The role supports web, mobile, and database application development and contributes to research advancing access technologies for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

Administer financial aid and scholarship programs, counsel students and families, determine eligibility and awards, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional regulations, perform audits and R2T4 calculations, deliver outreach and trainings, and collaborate with campus partners to support enrollment goals.

Analyzes crime and law enforcement intelligence data for the Monroe County GIVE program. Responsibilities include collecting, validating, interpreting, and analyzing crime trends; performing statistical, spatial, and qualitative analyses; preparing reports and presentations; identifying public safety threats; and communicating with law enforcement officers about active crimes, patterns, and predictive insights.
