Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, generating business opportunities, handling the full sales cycle, presenting technical solutions, managing key accounts and partners, forecasting revenue, analyzing markets, and coordinating implementation and post-sales support.

Performs manual and automated testing for AI-powered industrial inspection software. Develops test plans, cases, scenarios, and automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, and JMeter. Conducts functional, integration, system, regression, load, performance, and API testing; identifies and tracks defects in JIRA or similar tools; documents results; and collaborates with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve quality and testing processes.

Lead and mentor the QA team while owning testing strategy, planning, execution, automation, defect management, performance validation, reporting, and process improvement. Design and review test plans, cases, scripts, and automation frameworks across functional, integration, system, regression, API, load, and stability testing. Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability, code quality, release readiness, and adherence to SDLC, STLC, and QA standards.

Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and machine vision components for manufacturing products and projects. Responsibilities include supplier sourcing and relationship management, price and delivery negotiation, purchase order creation, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, stock verification, procurement documentation, and cost reduction. The role collaborates with Engineering, Production, and Operations to ensure timely material availability and project execution.

Lead Robro Systems’ sales and business development organization for AI-powered machine vision products. Develop go-to-market strategies, build and mentor sales teams, set revenue targets, manage customer and partner relationships, oversee the sales cycle, and provide forecasting and reporting. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and support teams to improve positioning and customer outcomes. The role focuses on expanding industrial automation and technical textile markets across India and potentially export markets.
