Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and machine vision components. Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, create purchase orders, coordinate logistics, track deliveries, monitor inventory, verify stock, maintain procurement documentation, and identify cost savings. The role works closely with Engineering, Production, and Operations to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing and project execution.

Responsibilities include supplier sourcing, vendor relationship management, price and delivery negotiation, purchase order creation, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, stock verification, procurement documentation, and cost reduction. The role collaborates with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing and project execution.

Provide technical support to customers by managing tickets, troubleshooting software, hardware, networking, and system issues, and coordinating escalations with Engineering, QA, and Product teams. Document resolutions, maintain knowledge resources, monitor SLAs, assist with installations and configurations, provide remote or on-site assistance, and share customer feedback for product improvement.
