Provides first-level technical support for industrial automation and machine vision systems. Receives and documents customer issues in Zoho Desk, troubleshoots hardware, electrical, software, networking, and connectivity problems, guides customers and field technicians, escalates complex issues, tracks resolution against SLAs, supports installations and commissioning, maintains troubleshooting documentation, and reports recurring issues to Engineering and Product teams.
