Senior QA Engineer responsible for shaping test strategy, performing exploratory, smoke, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing, and building reliable automation integrated with CI/CD. The role investigates complex defects using logs and traces, improves software testability and QA processes, partners across Product, Engineering, and Design, mentors teammates, and applies AI to test design, debugging, and automation.

Leads Robin’s Technical Support team, including specialists and a Support Operations Manager. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing KPIs and ticket queues in Jira, resolving escalated customer issues, improving support processes and documentation, identifying issue trends, partnering with Engineering and Product on root-cause fixes, and adopting AI-assisted support tools.
