Dr. Steve handles patient- and public-facing clinical content for the Body membership. He's part of the team that makes sure everything we put out into the world about weight loss is clinically accurate. But his main role is to help people get the most out of their GLP-1 treatment. That means looking at the latest science and listening to patients' challenges and success stories to pinpoint the tips and insights that can best support someone taking a GLP-1 — and then delivering that info via videos, articles, and social media posts. Dr. Steve's purpose is to help patients feel confident and comfortable as they own this new chapter in their health journey. This purpose aligns so seamlessly with Ro's mission.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an organized, empathetic candidate experience. The role also supports Talent Team projects and requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. This is a temporary six-month position with potential extension.

Designs and develops scalable, asynchronous-first learning for frontline clinical and operational care teams. Partners with clinical, operations, product, quality, safety, and other subject matter experts to translate complex information into practical training. Owns instructional design projects across onboarding, ongoing development, clinical programs, product launches, systems, policies, and workflows. Creates modular learning, assessments, and materials across modalities using adult learning principles and tools such as Articulate 360.
