Plans and delivers individualized Early Head Start services for infants, toddlers, pregnant mothers, and families. Conducts weekly home visits, serves as the primary family contact, builds family relationships and self-sufficiency, connects families with resources, resolves issues, maintains staff and family partnerships, and completes confidential online documentation and records.

Provides intensive behavioral health services to children and youth ages 0–21 through home, school, office, and community visits. Develops treatment plans, conducts individual and family therapy, supports behavior modification, performs case management, coordinates referrals, responds to crises, documents services, and collaborates with treatment teams and caregivers. The role may include clinical supervision toward licensure, on-call duties, billing productivity goals, and confidential electronic recordkeeping.
