Act as strategic finance business partner for HR, Tech & Data and select Head Office departments. Act as strategic HR partner for Finance or HR, advising senior leaders on org design, performance, talent, succession, change management, and embedding culture. Translate HR data into actions, align people strategy with business priorities, and collaborate with Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Design and implement global talent, performance and succession frameworks. Build calibration, talent identification and leadership pipeline practices. Equip HR and business leaders with tools, training and Workday/AI-enabled insights. Partner with TA and L&D, support governance and execution across markets, and translate data into actionable recommendations to strengthen performance and internal mobility.

Manage month-end procedures and financial reporting for Dutch corporate entities. Perform analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet, investigate variances, support group financial statements, external audits, and tax (VAT) compliance. Collaborate with accounting assistants and head office to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting.

Manage month-end financial control for DACH & Eastern Europe: oversee journal entries, prepare statutory financial statements, support external audits, ensure VAT and tax compliance, perform P&L and balance sheet analytical reviews, investigate variances, and validate numbers with business stakeholders. Report to Head of Financial Control.
