Act as strategic finance business partner for HR, Tech & Data and select Head Office departments. Lead planning & control cycles, analyze OPEX/CAPEX, develop cost-control standards, create HR KPI and FTE insights, leverage analytics/AI to improve forecasting, and support transformation initiatives to standardize and automate processes.

Adapt and execute central digital strategy for France: analyze online performance and customer journeys, optimize owned and paid campaigns, support eCommerce and CRM, build omnichannel initiatives, manage CHO/LHO stakeholders, advise on online advertising budgets, and monitor KPIs like turnover, AOV, ROI/ROAS.

Act as strategic HR partner for Finance or HR, advising senior leaders on org design, performance, talent, succession, change management, and embedding culture. Translate HR data into actions, align people strategy with business priorities, and collaborate with Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated HR solutions.
