Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend Rituals products, deliver excellent in-store customer experiences, support store sales goals, follow operational and safety procedures, and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Lead technical development of retail store concepts from concept to rollout, producing detailed technical packages, coordinating with designers, suppliers and construction, managing prototyping, value engineering, and ensuring global technical standards and compliance across formats, with APAC site support.

Serve as strategic finance partner for Wholesale & Travel, leading planning, forecasting, KPI-to-EBITDA analysis, business cases, scenario modelling, and omnichannel reporting. Build dashboards and analytics, support executive presentations, and drive automation and process improvements to improve topline, margin and profitability.
