Teams at Rite of Passage

Provide case management, life-skills teaching, crisis intervention, and documentation for a 25–35 client caseload at a residential youth campus. Coordinate with therapists and treatment teams, maintain clinical records, complete assessments and progress reports, participate in training, and ensure program compliance with policies and licensing.

Oversee all site HR functions including employee relations, recruitment/interviewing, training support, compliance with federal/state employment law and licensing, and HR policy administration. Report to Program Director and District HR Director, support staff onboarding, manage background and health screening requirements, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment for youth.

Oversee delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health services at a residential youth facility. Manage day-to-day site operations including budgeting, administration, staff hiring, training, program development, promotions, and regulatory compliance. Serve as senior on-site leader ensuring mission alignment and quality of care.
