Teams at Rite of Passage

Oversee residential services and living units at a secure youth facility, supervise unit managers and direct-care staff, ensure program implementation, compliance with ROP policies and licensing, manage resources to provide trauma-informed, gender-responsive care, and serve as Program Director in their absence.

Lead and manage recreational programs for at-risk youth, supervise students and staff, uphold Positive Operational Culture, ensure safe transport eligibility, and support therapeutic skill development.

Oversee case management training, audit compliance, and external agency relationships to ensure treatment continuity for residential youth. Supervise Case Managers and transitional staff as needed, report to the Program Director, and maintain regulatory and licensing compliance while supporting program operations.
