Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring completion of HR tasks and processes. Support hiring and onboarding activities, maintain confidential records, assist with required screenings and paperwork, and contribute to a respectful, team-focused work environment serving at-risk youth.

The HR Generalist manages HR plans and procedures across three campuses, handles recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and maintains employee records.

Lead audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across South Florida facilities to ensure licensing, state regulation, PREA and CARF compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, develop corrective action plans, provide technical assistance, and mitigate compliance vulnerabilities. Serve on management team to ensure district-wide regulatory adherence.
