Manages daily recreational and leisure activities for female youth in a residential commitment program. Develops physically challenging, educational, and constructive programming while promoting a safe, supportive environment. Leads staff and students in maintaining positive attitudes and effectively serves youth as part of the Student Services Department, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Provide intensive, family-centered case management and advocacy for youth involved in or at risk of juvenile justice. Build support teams, stabilize functioning, create individualized strength-based service plans, coordinate with families, schools, probation, and community providers to reduce barriers and promote community reintegration.

Lead Nurse overseeing healthcare delivery in a secure juvenile residential treatment center. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, health assessments, treatment plans, appointments, lab coordination, staff supervision and mentoring, health education, medical supply and budget management, confidential records, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
