Provides strategic and operational HR support to regional general managers and senior leaders. Responsibilities include leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations investigations, organizational change management, compliance reporting, policy administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also advises on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employment law compliance, and HR data reporting while supporting employees across diverse teams and geographies.

Leads software quality assurance and quality engineering throughout the SDLC for regulated product development. Responsibilities include design controls, requirements management, verification and validation, risk management, documentation review, test automation, issue resolution, product transfer, and internal audits. The role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure software compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Set up and operate Fadal CNC milling centers and an Okuma CNC lathe. Edit programs, interpret blueprints, apply GD&T, and use precision measuring equipment to verify tolerances and dimensions. Manage work orders, plan daily tasks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate effectively with coworkers and management. The role requires two to five years of CNC machining experience, mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, organizational skills, and a high school diploma.

Creates, standardizes, and documents manufacturing processes; maintains BOMs, engineering drawings, and related documents; evaluates processes to reduce non-value-added activities; collaborates with vendors and suppliers on quality and engineering issues; and supports Quality and Product Engineers in resolving manufacturing-related quality problems.

Supports daily business operations through ERP transaction processing, customer quotations and communication, inventory administration, RMA coordination, cycle counts, supply monitoring, and accurate recordkeeping. Collaborates with operations, sales, engineering, production, and finance teams while protecting confidential information. Designs, develops, tests, and maintains cloud-native applications, backend services, APIs, and SaaS integrations. Builds event-driven connections among enterprise systems, customer applications, and third-party services; supports cloud deployments, CI/CD, authentication, monitoring, and alerting. Drive regional sales of Rigaku XRD, XRF, and SCX scientific instrumentation across the Southeast U.S. Manage the full capital-equipment sales cycle, develop new business, expand strategic accounts, maintain accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts, conduct demonstrations, deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and communicate technical value to academic, government, and industrial customers. Travel up to 50% throughout the assigned territory and to customer demonstrations, conferences, and company events.
