Responsibilities:
- Create, standardize, and document manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and update BOMs, engineering drawings and documents.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and implement approved changes to reduce nonvalue adding activities.
- Work directly with vendors and part suppliers on quality and/or engineering related issues.
- Assist Quality and Product Engineers to resolve manufacturing related quality issues.
The Position:
- Full time, on-site, salaried, exempt position. Newton Scientific offers competitive pay based on qualifications and experience, plus opportunities for annual merit increases and bonuses.
- Private dedicated office space near the production floor.
- Paid Total Time Off (TTO - vacation, personal, sick time) accrues 4 weeks per year and increases with your tenure at the company. You will also be eligible for 11 paid holidays annually.
- Newton Scientific offers a choice of two health insurance plans (company pays 80% of premiums), including TeleMedicine available 24 hours a day. Compensation
$100,000.00 annually. Starting pay will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

Located in the Schrafft's City Center in Charlestown, Boston MA - the building is conveniently located and offers many additional amenities such as a free shuttle to public transportation, a cafeteria, a coffee bar, an on-site fitness center, and a large FREE parking lot.
