Oversee 24-hour unit nursing operations: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate nursing activities; ensure compliance with hospital, state DOH, JCAHO, and accrediting standards; perform administrative and managerial duties on night shift.

Provide 24-hour administrative and clinical leadership for a medical/surgical unit. Coordinate and monitor patient care, ensure compliance with hospital, state DOH, and JCAHO standards, supervise staff, implement policies, and evaluate clinical outcomes across shifts.

Serve as front-desk point of contact for a medical practice: phone support, patient intake, registration, scheduling, discharge, clerical tasks (filing, faxing, scanning), patient outreach, obtain authorizations as needed, and use patient management and billing systems.

Coordinates continuity of patient care across an ambulatory medical practice. Manage sourcing, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing administration of clinical and non-clinical supply contracts. Ensure pricing accuracy, item master alignment, GPO compliance, conduct pricing audits, identify savings, support value analysis and reporting, and coordinate with vendors, Procurement, Finance, and clinical stakeholders.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room using the nursing process. Scrub and circulate in major surgical cases, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain required certifications, and follow unit policies. Evening shift with weekend/holiday coverage; must lift 25 pounds and use basic computer skills.

Provide telemetry nursing care using the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care. Work night shifts (12-hour) collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, monitor cardiac/telemetry patients, maintain certifications (BLS), and communicate effectively to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
