Supervise ED registration staff; ensure accurate patient demographic and financial data, regulatory and payer compliance, and consent processes. Assist with scheduling, orientation, training, policy updates, QA of registrations, and coordinate with nurses, physicians, management, patients, and families. Maintain day-to-day operations and accommodate staffing/schedule changes; weekend and holiday availability required.

Greet and register behavioral health patients, verify demographics and insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, ensure consent/HIPAA compliance, coordinate with clinical teams, and assist during crises following facility protocols.

Supervise and coordinate all operations of the OMH Youth ACT program, ensuring person-centered, trauma-informed clinical care and regulatory compliance. Provide staff supervision, training, case consultation, interprofessional coordination, community representation, program monitoring, and quality assurance activities. Maintain adherence to RUMC policies and NYS/NYC/Federal mental hygiene, HIPAA, and reporting laws.
