Manage and supervise clinical program operations including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and compliance. Ensure person-centered, trauma-informed care; provide staff supervision, training, and consultation; represent the program in the community; monitor productivity, records, outreach, and treatment reviews; ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Coordinates and facilitates patient care for an assigned population, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create safe, individualized discharge plans. Assesses patient needs using care maps and clinical guidelines, coordinates with third-party representatives, supports efficient and cost-effective care, and optimizes reimbursement. Requires RN licensure, clinical experience, utilization review and discharge planning expertise, PRI and Screen certification, and knowledge of InterQual.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room using the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care. Scrub and circulate in major surgical cases, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain required certifications, and meet physical requirements. Work evening shifts with specified schedule and obtain TCAR within six months of hire.
