Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and CI/CD-integrated test suites. Create test plans, execute tests, track defects, manage test environments, perform regression and API testing, and mentor junior QA. Build and fine-tune ML and deep learning models (including LLMs, NLP, and vision-language), monitor model performance, ensure data security and compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document pipelines, and introduce improvements and new tools.

Lead drafting, review, and production of commercial insurance policy forms and applications. Ensure regulatory compliance across states, translate underwriting strategy into policy language, support underwriting and claims with coverage interpretation and training, and collaborate with IT and operations to implement policy changes.
