Design, develop, and maintain scalable data products and MLOps infrastructure. Build and fine-tune ML and deep learning models (including LLMs, NLP, and vision-language), monitor model performance, ensure data security and compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document pipelines, and introduce improvements and new tools.

Lead drafting, review, and production of commercial insurance policy forms and applications. Ensure regulatory compliance across states, translate underwriting strategy into policy language, support underwriting and claims with coverage interpretation and training, and collaborate with IT and operations to implement policy changes.

Lead business analysis across product, development, operations, and data. Define and track requirements from intake through delivery, decompose epics/features into user stories, create prototypes, document processes and test cases, perform QA and UAT coordination, mentor other BAs, and drive process improvements in an Agile environment.

Investigate, evaluate, and settle commercial general liability claims by reviewing coverage, liability, and damages; write coverage and liability position letters; interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties; negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys; and maintain accurate notes, records, and files.
