Investigates, evaluates, and settles commercial casualty claims by analyzing coverage, liability, and damages. Responsibilities include writing coverage and liability letters, interviewing involved parties, managing external vendors and experts, preparing claim reports, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong commercial liability insurance knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, independent judgment, and at least six years of casualty claims experience.

Ten-week, on-site legal internship supporting an insurance carrier’s corporate legal team. Responsibilities may include corporate governance, regulatory and governmental filings, compliance and cybersecurity work, contract review, and drafting insurance policy forms. The internship will be tailored to the student’s interests, particularly corporate law or insurance.

Build, maintain, and improve secure, scalable enterprise software applications, integrations, and utilities. Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, address technical debt and security vulnerabilities, and collaborate with QA, data, cloud, and software engineers. The role includes mentoring junior engineers, improving development processes, and evaluating emerging technologies. Preferred experience includes web and backend frameworks, AWS, Docker, ECS, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
