Lead business analysis across product, development, operations, and data. Define and track requirements from intake through delivery, decompose epics/features into user stories, create prototypes, document processes and test cases, perform QA and UAT coordination, mentor other BAs, and drive process improvements in an Agile environment.

Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and CI/CD-integrated test suites. Create test plans, execute tests, track defects, manage test environments, perform regression and API testing, and mentor junior QA. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve QA practices and ensure release quality.

Investigate, evaluate, and settle commercial general liability claims by reviewing coverage, liability, and damages; write coverage and liability position letters; interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties; negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys; and maintain accurate notes, records, and files.
