Serve as first-line technical support for Ribbon's AI hiring platform: troubleshoot issues across the product, AI interviews, workflows, and integrations; partner with Product and Engineering to resolve technical problems; support onboarding and implementation; create internal and customer-facing documentation; identify recurring issues and share actionable feedback to improve the customer experience.

Lead customer implementations of Ribbon from onboarding to launch, configure integrations and interview flows, troubleshoot issues, map ATS data, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and optimize deployments to drive adoption.

Manage the full post-sale customer journey: onboard and launch customers, drive product adoption and measurable hiring outcomes, monitor account health, mitigate risks, support renewals and expansion, and collaborate with Sales and Product to improve customer experience.

Build Ribbon's marketing function end-to-end to generate pipeline and category leadership for AI-powered interviewing. Lead demand generation, product marketing, content, events, customer marketing, and sales enablement while partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and founders to drive growth and measurable revenue outcomes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for an AI-powered recruiting SaaS: prospect, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiate and close. Build pipeline, develop account plans, partner cross-functionally to structure pilots and implementations, and drive revenue with HR, Talent, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
