Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs. Lead architecture discussions, integrations, data modeling, security frameworks, performance optimization, governance, and technical reviews. The role also involves performance optimization, analytics, technical SEO, and continuous testing of content and website experiences.

Provides front-line technical and functional support for cloud-based applications. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving tickets, investigating application, data, integration, access, and performance issues, managing SLAs and ticket lifecycles, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating fixes with Engineering, DevOps, and vendors, and maintaining support documentation and knowledge-base articles.
