Own the full B2B sales cycle for SaferFleet’s emerging fleet safety and risk intelligence business. Prospect commercial fleet customers, conduct discovery, demonstrate solutions, build partnerships, close deals, and transition customers. Develop expertise in fleet safety, telematics, MVR monitoring, compliance, insurance, and claims while providing customer feedback to shape product, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Design and develop cloud-native AWS applications, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures while serving as a hands-on technical lead. Write production code, own solution architecture and technical decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish coding standards. Build CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code solutions, ensure security and compliance, monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and engineering stakeholders.

The role also establishes reusable architecture standards, optimizes serverless workloads, and coordinates complex workflows and data pipelines.

Lead development of AI-ready corporate websites using WordPress and Elementor, optimizing content and structure for Answer Engine Optimization. Responsibilities include customizing themes and plugins, implementing JSON-LD and schema.org structured data, applying semantic HTML, improving AI retrieval and entity recognition, monitoring AI search visibility, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and supporting headless CMS and API-driven architectures. The role also involves performance optimization, analytics, technical SEO, and continuous testing of content and website experiences.

Provides front-line technical and functional support for cloud-based applications. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving tickets, investigating application, data, integration, access, and performance issues, managing SLAs and ticket lifecycles, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating fixes with Engineering, DevOps, and vendors, and maintaining support documentation and knowledge-base articles.

Design and develop scalable AWS cloud architecture and backend services for high-throughput telematics data pipelines. Build infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, secure cloud trust architectures, serverless workflows, APIs, microservices, data persistence strategies, and automated tests. Integrate AWS with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Verizon Connect, FMCSA systems, motor vehicle record platforms, and learning management systems. Support event-driven data processing, risk analytics, code reviews, and technical quality improvements.

Develop the AI strategy and architecture for scalable SaaS solutions supporting supply chain risk management. Lead AI/ML model design, optimization, deployment, platform integration, governance, compliance, monitoring, and performance improvement. Evaluate AI technologies, collaborate on data pipelines, and mentor AI engineers and data scientists. The role focuses on enterprise-scale predictive analytics, anomaly detection, NLP, and other AI applications.
