Supports B2B marketing initiatives through market research, company and decision-maker identification, prospect database development, campaign performance analysis, ABM and lead generation support, and reporting. The intern will use CRM, sales intelligence, social media, advertising, and analytics platforms to organize data, identify audience trends, evaluate campaign results, and provide insights to marketing and strategy teams.

Designs, configures, and optimizes Salesforce Einstein predictive and generative AI models using CRM and Data Cloud data. Develops prompt libraries, uses AI-assisted Salesforce development tools, integrates solutions with DevOps pipelines, builds AI proofs of concept, evaluates new Salesforce AI releases, and educates teams on prompt engineering and AI ethics.

Supports enterprise sales and customer engagements for a safety and risk SaaS platform. Responsibilities include leading tailored product demonstrations, providing technical sales support, mapping solutions, writing proposals, responding to RFPs and security reviews, conducting customer discovery, building proof-of-concept environments, configuring demos, presenting at industry events, and sharing customer feedback with product, marketing, sales enablement, and implementation teams.
