The Associate Production Planner creates and maintains SAP production orders, schedules production lines, monitors materials and inventory, and coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, engineering, quality, finance, and service teams. Handles protected health information in compliance with laboratory policies, CLIA, CAP, and local regulations. Maintains a clean, safe laboratory environment and follows established procedures for molecular and biochemical diagnostic testing. The role is based in Pittsburgh and works Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional alternate shifts or weekend rotations as needed.

Leads site finance for life science reagent manufacturing operations, overseeing product costing, COGS, forecasts, annual operating plans, financial reporting, ERP implementations, and process standardization. Provide bilingual Japanese and English technical support for Signals One and Spotfire SaaS analytics platforms serving life sciences customers in Japan. Investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues; analyze logs and data workflows; collaborate with global Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams; and create technical documentation and knowledge-base content. The role is fully remote with occasional local office travel.
