Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of scalable AI/ML infrastructure. Build CI/CD pipelines for model development and deployment, manage data ingestion, serving, monitoring, security, and performance, and collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers. Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI/ML platform development, automation, and cloud infrastructure.

Installs, maintains, verifies, troubleshoots, and repairs scientific instrumentation at customer sites. Serves as the primary service liaison, manages preventive maintenance and service orders, maintains territory inventory and company assets, prepares service estimates, meets response targets, reports quality issues, and completes required training and administrative tasks. The role primarily supports reproductive health customers in Fresno and may provide occasional regional assistance.

Assist with deploying and maintaining AI applications on AWS through CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and automated testing. Support monitoring and troubleshooting using AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail, collaborate with AI developers, and contribute to LLM application deployment workflows using Docker, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, or Terraform. The role also involves learning cloud, DevOps, and machine learning technologies.
