Leads cross-functional GMP custom bioprocessing projects from scoping and development through manufacturing and delivery. Manages customer relationships, qualifies leads, prepares documentation, tracks quotes and orders in CRM and ERP systems, develops pricing frameworks, communicates specification changes, resolves issues, reports project status, and identifies workflow improvements. Requires biotechnology R&D or manufacturing experience, with knowledge of cell and gene therapy and GMP practices preferred.

Perform small- and large-scale antibody conjugation and purification using chromatography techniques. Follow SOPs, batch records, and GMP or ISO compliance requirements; operate and maintain laboratory equipment; troubleshoot processes; support continuous improvement, safety, 5S organization, visual management, and cross-training in a biotechnology manufacturing environment.

The Associate Production Planner creates and maintains SAP production orders, schedules production lines, monitors materials and inventory, and coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, engineering, quality, finance, and service teams. Responsibilities include managing planning parameters, supporting production builds, resolving material and system exceptions, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting new product introductions and end-of-life transitions, tracking planning KPIs, and driving Lean process improvements.
