Leads roadway engineering design and analysis for transportation projects, developing alignments, profiles, cross sections, grading, plans, specifications, estimates, permits, and construction documents. Applies PennDOT standards, performs QA/QC reviews, coordinates multidisciplinary technical work, supports project scope, schedules, budgets, and client or agency coordination, and participates in field and construction-phase activities.
