Develop stormwater management and drainage solutions for commercial, industrial, residential, municipal, and redevelopment projects. Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stormwater modeling, drainage design, grading coordination, erosion and sediment control, permitting, and technical documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, municipalities, conservation districts, and regulators; address review comments and support projects through approval and construction. Review technical deliverables and share stormwater expertise with engineers and designers.

Lead technical delivery of complex traffic engineering projects, including traffic impact studies, operational and safety analyses, signal and corridor design, access management, and network evaluations. Review calculations, models, plans, reports, and specifications for quality and compliance with Pennsylvania and agency standards. Coordinate with clients, PennDOT, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams; mentor engineers and designers; establish methodologies and quality practices; and support proposals, estimates, client relationships, and practice growth.

Serve as a primary engineering advisor to municipal clients, manage infrastructure and land-development projects from planning through completion, review developer submissions for municipal compliance, prepare technical reports and recommendations, attend and present at public and municipal meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, support capital and infrastructure planning, and grow long-term municipal client relationships.
