Lead technical delivery of traffic engineering projects including impact studies, signal and corridor design, safety evaluations, plan and report review, stakeholder coordination, proposal support, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring compliance with MUTCD, AASHTO, and PennDOT standards.

Lead multidisciplinary land development projects from proposal through design, permitting, construction support and closeout. Coordinate site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities, manage schedules/budgets, serve as client and agency point of contact, prepare/review plans and permits, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and client development.

Lead and manage land surveying projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring technical quality, schedules, budgets, and client communication. Oversee field crews and CAD staff, review and seal plans per Maryland regulations, mentor survey staff, support proposals and project planning, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across regional offices.
