Manages municipal engineering clients and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include client advising, project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, technical reviews, municipal submissions, reports, regulatory coordination, public presentations, capital planning, risk management, and relationship growth. The role requires collaboration with municipal officials, developers, contractors, agencies, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, along with evening meetings and travel throughout the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area.

Supports air quality permitting, regulatory compliance, emissions inventories, dispersion modeling, technical reports, environmental due diligence, and impact assessments. The role interprets federal, state, and local regulations, coordinates with clients, regulators, and internal teams, and assists with site inspections, data collection, and compliance evaluations. It requires strong technical writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple consulting deliverables.
