Leads roadway engineering design and analysis for transportation projects, developing alignments, profiles, cross sections, grading, plans, specifications, estimates, permits, and construction documents. Applies PennDOT standards, performs QA/QC reviews, coordinates multidisciplinary technical work, supports project scope, schedules, budgets, and client or agency coordination, and participates in field and construction-phase activities. Provides technical guidance to developing engineers and designers.

The role is hybrid in Lancaster with occasional field, client, or agency activities.

Leads municipal engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to public-sector clients. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, and quality; reviewing land development and infrastructure submissions; preparing technical reports and recommendations; advising officials; attending public meetings; coordinating with developers, contractors, agencies, and technical teams; and supporting capital planning and client relationship growth.
