Supports air quality permitting, regulatory compliance, emissions inventories, dispersion modeling, technical reports, environmental due diligence, and impact assessments. The role interprets federal, state, and local regulations, coordinates with clients, regulators, and internal teams, and assists with site inspections, data collection, and compliance evaluations. It requires strong technical writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple consulting deliverables.

Leads roadway engineering design and analysis for transportation projects, developing alignments, profiles, cross sections, grading, plans, specifications, estimates, permits, and construction documents. Applies PennDOT standards, performs QA/QC reviews, coordinates multidisciplinary technical work, supports project scope, schedules, budgets, and client or agency coordination, and participates in field and construction-phase activities. Provides technical guidance to developing engineers and designers.

Designs and analyzes roadway projects, developing plans, alignments, profiles, grading, calculations, specifications, estimates, permits, and construction documents.
