Lead municipal engineering projects and act as the primary municipal representative. Review third-party plans for compliance, manage projects from planning through completion, present at public meetings, prepare technical reports, coordinate with stakeholders, identify risks, and support long-term municipal infrastructure and capital planning.

Lead technical delivery of traffic engineering projects including impact studies, signal and corridor design, safety evaluations, and traffic modeling. Oversee plans, specs, and reports; coordinate with PennDOT and stakeholders; mentor junior staff; contribute to proposals and practice growth while ensuring compliance with MUTCD, AASHTO, and PennDOT standards.

Lead and manage land surveying projects from kickoff through delivery across the Mid-Atlantic. Oversee technical quality, schedules, budgets, and client communication; review and seal survey plans per Maryland regulations; coordinate field crews and CAD staff; mentor survey staff; assist with proposals, scope development, and project planning.
