Travel is required across the assigned states and other regions as needed.

Leads coastal resilience and nature-based engineering projects from design through construction. Serves as Engineer of Record and subject matter expert, manages complex projects, mentors engineers, oversees quality, coordinates permitting with agencies, supports proposals, and advises clients. Responsibilities include shoreline assessments, artificial reef and living seawall design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater solutions, construction verification, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with scientists, engineers, regulators, and clients.

Conduct environmental site assessments, groundwater and soil remediation, field sampling, data analysis, and technical reporting. Lead field teams, mentor junior scientists, coordinate with regulatory agencies, interpret laboratory results, and support project managers. The role includes managing complex environmental projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and completing RES’s project manager program. Work is based in Orlando with 20–40% fieldwork and occasional travel across Florida.

Supports FP&A and finance teams by analyzing project costs, revenue, margins, cash flow, and overhead. Prepares financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses; monitors receivables and investigates discrepancies. Collaborates with operations, project management, client solutions, accounting, and department leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, cost-saving strategies, and operational improvements.

Markets and sells ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience projects across the Southeast. Builds relationships with clients, agencies, developers, consultants, and nonprofit partners; identifies opportunities; leads proposals and deal structuring; coordinates cross-functional teams; tracks permitting, timelines, risks, and financial health; and represents RES at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Leads field operations across ecological restoration and solar vegetation management projects in Indiana and Southern Illinois. Responsibilities include coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing schedules, logistics, equipment and fleet readiness, overseeing mowing and herbicide programs, monitoring project progress, supporting client commitments, mentoring staff, and maintaining environmental, safety, and operational compliance.
