Markets and sells integrated environmental restoration, water quality, and resilience projects across the Southeast. Builds relationships with clients, agencies, regulators, developers, consultants, and partners; identifies opportunities; leads proposals and deal structuring; coordinates cross-functional teams; tracks permits, timelines, risks, and financial health; and represents the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events. Regional travel is required.

Leads stream and wetland restoration design from field assessment through construction. Responsibilities include hydrologic analysis, hydraulic modeling, geomorphic and ecological assessments, complete plan production, cost estimates, specifications, construction coordination, QA/QC, technical issue resolution, and mentoring junior designers.

Leads RES’s internal recruiting team and external recruiting partners while personally managing full-cycle searches. Owns recruiting operations, ATS workflows, reporting, recruiting technology migration, structured assessment practices, offer letters, and pre-employment screening. Partners closely with Field HR and business leaders to improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, sourcing, capacity, and recruiting metrics. Serves as the Predictive Index recruiting subject-matter expert and drives continuous improvement.
