Translates engineering, simulation, HPC, AI, and infrastructure requirements into Rescale recommendations, documents opportunities in Salesforce, resolves technical risks, supports negotiations, and ensures effective post-sale handoffs across Northern Europe.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for Rescale’s cloud HPC platform across the DACH region. Responsibilities include analyzing customer infrastructure and workflows, conducting presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, designing cloud migration and digital transformation strategies, and presenting at industry events. The role requires expertise in an HPC-related field, strong technical communication skills, and at least four years of software, hardware, or cloud experience.

The Software Engineer, Backend Engineer will develop, automate, and maintain core functionalities for Rescale customers, focusing on backend systems and cloud services.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales, manage accounts, consult with executives, and achieve sales quotas through new customer acquisition and account growth.

The Application Engineer will develop agent-based automation for engineering workflows, integrate agents into systems, and work closely with customers to enhance product capabilities.

Lead Rescale's FP&A function end-to-end: build data-driven financial models, produce KPI dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports, perform variance analysis, support capital allocation and investor materials, partner with executives, and automate FP&A processes using AI tools.

Lead design and implementation of security controls, drive audit readiness across multiple frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO, CMMC), gather audit evidence, liaise with auditors and government officials, translate compliance into practical controls with engineering/product teams, draft policies, automate compliance processes, and represent the program in customer security reviews.

Secure and harden cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and internal AI/agentic tooling. Build security automation, detection pipelines, and IaC controls (Terraform). Investigate incidents, query logs (Athena, CloudTrail Lake), design IAM policies, support secure customer deployments, research cloud/AI security threats, and produce runbooks and playbooks to scale security practices.

Lead direct enterprise sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), hunting for new logos in automotive and manufacturing. Build territory plans, prospect and qualify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel (~30%) to drive net-new revenue and exceed quota.

Serve as primary legal contact for GTM: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS customer agreements, DPAs, order forms, partner/reseller and vendor contracts, and NDAs. Run deals end-to-end, maintain templates and playbooks, design AI and automation workflows for contracting, and train cross-functional teams while building scalable legal operations and privacy/compliance processes.

Act as the trusted technical advisor for named customers to deploy, onboard, train, and support cloud HPC workflows. Analyze customer environments, drive migrations from on-prem to cloud, expand Rescale usage, present solutions externally, and relay product feedback to improve the ScaleX platform.

The HPC Engineer will manage HPC software, support customers, optimize performance, advocate for customer needs, and innovate automation solutions.

Develop and support Rescale's HPC platform, integrate AI into CAE workflows, solve customer HPC/AI problems, build AI software, collaborate with engineering teams, and engage directly with customers.

The role involves generating new business through partnerships with Cloud Service Providers, executing co-sell strategies, and managing partner relationships while hitting pipeline targets.

Lead technical engagements with public sector customers, onboard and train users, analyze infrastructure and workflows, drive migration from on-prem to cloud HPC, collaborate with architects and product teams, and present Rescale solutions to grow customer adoption and improve the ScaleX platform.

Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, month-/year-end close, financial reporting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audits, SOX compliance, team leadership, and process improvements to scale finance systems.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements and POCs to help customers migrate and accelerate HPC workloads to the cloud. Analyze customer infrastructure and workflows, design tailored Rescale solutions, present demos and at conferences, and define multi-year digital transformation strategies while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting enterprise customers in technical industries.
