Teams at Rescale

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across France through account expansion and new-logo acquisition. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for cloud HPC, simulation, digital engineering, automation, and AI solutions. Build executive relationships, generate pipeline, develop business cases, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts. The role focuses on automotive, manufacturing, and engineering-intensive organizations and requires approximately 30% travel.

Supports Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, evaluations, and technical validation. Translates engineering, simulation, HPC, AI, and infrastructure requirements into Rescale recommendations, documents opportunities in Salesforce, resolves technical risks, supports negotiations, and ensures effective post-sale handoffs across Northern Europe.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for Rescale’s cloud HPC platform across the DACH region. Responsibilities include analyzing customer infrastructure and workflows, conducting presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, designing cloud migration and digital transformation strategies, and presenting at industry events. The role requires expertise in an HPC-related field, strong technical communication skills, and at least four years of software, hardware, or cloud experience.
