Teams at Rescale

Build and operate production AI systems, including LLM-backed APIs, agents, retrieval and RAG workflows, evaluation systems, ingestion pipelines, and data services. Develop reliable data paths connecting customer environments, cloud storage, and compute clusters. Partner with Product and Design to define requirements, make architectural decisions, ship platform improvements, and own post-launch performance across backend services, cloud infrastructure, and occasional UI work.

Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers using Rescale’s cloud HPC platform. Lead post-sales adoption, technical presentations, business reviews, workflow analysis, and digital transformation roadmaps. Help customers migrate engineering and scientific workloads from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud, understand HPC environments and simulation software, and present solutions at conferences and webinars. Coordinate complex projects across customers and internal teams.

Own the full inside sales cycle for Northern Europe, including lead qualification, outbound prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, closing, forecasting, CRM maintenance, and deal processing. Build territory pipelines, sell HPC and AI solutions to technical and business stakeholders, expand existing accounts, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets.
