Manages school-wide operations, including attendance, enrollment, family communications, daily logistics, compliance, testing, safety, facilities, supplies, technology, events, and transportation. Supervises and coaches the Front Office Receptionist, tracks operational KPIs, supports staff onboarding, coordinates vendors, and partners with the Principal to maintain effective systems that support students, families, and educators.

Manages the school front office by greeting visitors, answering calls, handling calendars, supporting attendance and enrollment, maintaining student records, processing paperwork, coordinating health-related needs, and communicating with families. The role also supports school operations through mail and supply management, copying, testing readiness, and general administrative assistance. Strong customer service, organization, data entry, communication, and office software skills are required; bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred.

Leads instructional quality and academic outcomes across a charter school environment. Coaches and develops teachers, improves instructional performance, closes achievement gaps, and drives measurable student growth while upholding rigorous standards, accountability, belonging, and the organization’s mission.

Lead school non-instructional systems to enable teaching: manage finances, compliance, facilities, transportation, vendors, enrollment data, and a 2-3 person operations team; ensure operational fidelity, support events and assessments, and partner on hiring and budgets.

Lead RePublic's external engagement across communications, public awareness, philanthropy, and community partnerships. Develop storytelling, media relations, digital and print campaigns; deepen community and board relationships; support fundraising and donor stewardship; represent RePublic at events and coordinate regional outreach across Jackson and Nashville.
