Lead school non-instructional systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage facilities, transportation, food service, budgets, compliance, enrollment, vendor relationships, and a 2-3 person operations team. Support logistics for assessments and events, maintain student data accuracy, and partner with network teams on hiring and staff compliance.

Design and deliver targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions aligned to grade-level standards; use multiple data sources to track progress and adjust instruction; partner with teachers and leaders to align interventions with core instruction; lead MTSS documentation and professional learning; communicate with families and contribute to a collaborative school culture.

Lead instructional vision and teacher development to drive scholar achievement. Implement data-driven strategies, run PD and coaching cycles, observe classrooms, support RTI, IEP and ELL compliance, engage families, and maintain academic accountability and records.

Lead RePublic's external engagement across communications, public awareness, philanthropy, and community partnerships. Develop storytelling, media relations, digital and print campaigns; deepen community and board relationships; support fundraising and donor stewardship; represent RePublic at events and coordinate regional outreach across Jackson and Nashville.

Manage the school's front office and family communications, support student enrollment and events, assist teachers with administrative tasks, maintain student records and attendance, ensure compliance with regulations, and support daily operations (facilities, supplies, food, transportation, and minor health needs).

Support school and regional operations for summer enrollment and readiness. Assist with recruitment, family engagement, event planning, materials creation, logistics, and technology setup to prepare campuses for the upcoming school year.
