Part-time canvasser conducting face-to-face outreach in Nashville neighborhoods to recruit families for school enrollment. Build relationships, communicate enrollment information, collect leads, meet daily recruitment goals, maintain outreach records, represent the organization professionally, and follow safety and messaging guidelines while working outdoors and attending community events.

Lead school non-instructional systems to enable teaching: manage finances, compliance, facilities, transportation, vendors, enrollment data, and a 2-3 person operations team; ensure operational fidelity, support events and assessments, and partner on hiring and budgets.

Lead RePublic's external engagement across communications, public awareness, philanthropy, and community partnerships. Develop storytelling, media relations, digital and print campaigns; deepen community and board relationships; support fundraising and donor stewardship; represent RePublic at events and coordinate regional outreach across Jackson and Nashville.
