Lead school non-instructional systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage facilities, transportation, food service, budgets, compliance, enrollment, vendor relationships, and a 2-3 person operations team. Support logistics for assessments and events, maintain student data accuracy, and partner with network teams on hiring and staff compliance.

Partner with the Principal to design and implement school-wide behavior and culture systems, lead and coach staff, manage Tier 2/3 interventions, analyze culture data, drive family engagement and attendance strategies, and plan school-wide culture events to build belonging and positive student behavior.
