Conduct in-home and commercial solar sales across the Charlotte market using warm appointments. Build customer relationships, analyze energy usage, explain solar ROI, create customized proposals, manage pipelines in CRM tools, follow up consistently, close deals, meet sales goals, and generate referrals and repeat business.

Supports day-to-day accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting across three divisions, internal controls, and audit and tax requests. Works closely with the Controller and uses accounting, payroll, CRM, and reporting systems to research transactions and improve processes.
