Lead development of new mobile products (from spec to production) using Flutter. Make architectural decisions, own release engineering (CI/CD, signing, rollouts), ensure testing and code quality, mentor the mobile team, and contribute to flagship app maintenance and incident resolution.

Backend-heavy fullstack role owning end-to-end features: schema design, APIs, payment webhooks, multi-tenant data architecture, async job pipelines (Redis/queues), and occasional Next.js web interfaces. Responsible for production reliability and performance.

Own RentOk's full marketing stack: brand narrative, content and distribution, SEO, customer journeys, GTM, competitive intelligence, and marketing planning. Produce owner stories, run paid campaigns, optimize onboarding and referrals, build city-specific plans, and scale a small team while tracking CAC and business outcomes.

Create punchy Hinglish scripts and ideate weekly content for YouTube and Instagram. Shoot in-office talking-head videos, brief production for field shoots, optimize YouTube SEO metadata, manage content calendar, track channel metrics, plan and post Reels/carousels, write captions, and brief designers on thumbnails. Focus on building a trusted B2B content brand for Indian PG owners.
