What You'll Own

Script Writing & Ideation

  • Write scripts for all video formats - YouTube long-form, Reels/Shorts, owner story videos, and product explainers

  • Develop content ideas every week based on trends, product updates, and audience pain points

  • Scripts must be punchy, benefit-driven, and written in the tone of a knowledgeable friend - not a software company

  • Hinglish scripting is a core skill here, not optional

Shooting & On-Camera Presence

  • Shoot in-office content yourself - talking head videos, quick explainers, Reels

  • For outdoor/field shoots (owner stories, location-based content), brief and coordinate with the production team; you focus on delivery and performance, not camera operation

  • Be comfortable on camera - natural, confident, and relatable to Indian property owners

YouTube Channel Management

  • Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and video chapters for every upload

  • Plan and manage the content calendar for YouTube

  • Track performance metrics (watch time, CTR, subscriber growth) and share weekly insights

  • Manage playlists, community posts, and channel organization

Instagram Management

  • Plan, schedule, and post Reels, carousels, and stories

  • Write captions that drive saves, shares, and meaningful comments

  • Stay on top of trends and adapt formats quickly when something is working

Thumbnail & Graphic Briefing

  • Brief the graphic designer clearly on every thumbnail — concept, text, emotion, reference images

  • You don't design; you direct. The brief must be clear enough that the designer executes it right the first time

You Are the Right Fit If You...
  • Have 1–3 years of content creation experience - agency, startup, or your own channel

  • Can write a tight, scroll-stopping script fast - ideation to final draft in a few hours

  • Understand what makes someone watch a video till the end (and what makes them drop off in 8 seconds)

  • Know YouTube Studio well - not just uploading, but actually optimizing

  • Are comfortable and natural on camera - no stiffness, no reading off a teleprompter obviously

  • Can think in content series, not just individual posts

  • Understand the difference between content that gets views and content that builds trust with a niche audience
