The Production Assistant supports VP's of Lending by organizing loan files, managing documentation, maintaining client communication, and ensuring efficient processing and underwriting of loans.

Reviews mortgage loan files, credit reports, underwriting and closing documents for investor and internal compliance. Documents discrepancies, coordinates with third-party vendors, manages exception resolution, uploads investor packages, monitors daily exception data, and supports quality performance reviews. The role also identifies process inefficiencies, communicates findings, and recommends improvements within a deadline-driven lending environment.

The Relationship Manager drives business growth and client relationship management, oversees repeat business, and collaborates to expand revenue within a defined portfolio.

The AVP Portfolio Management oversees loan portfolio management, delinquency collections, and collaborates with stakeholders to maximize recovery of default loans.
