Design and produce multi-channel marketing assets (email, direct mail, print, social) from concept through execution. Collaborate with SVP of Marketing and Loan Officers, ensure brand alignment, follow QA processes, manage project timelines, use integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress), and mentor the marketing team.

The SDR will generate new borrower relationships through cold outreach, prospecting, and local networking while apprenticing alongside an in-market Lender. Responsibilities include researching prospects, executing outbound campaigns, managing leads in Hubspot and Salesforce, collaborating with marketing, attending local events and client meetings, reporting on pipeline activity, and learning lending fundamentals and underwriting with the goal of progressing to a Lender role.

The SDR will prospect and qualify new borrower leads through cold outreach, local networking, and account-based campaigns. Work alongside an in-market Lender to learn lending fundamentals, maintain CRM records in HubSpot and Salesforce, report on pipeline activity, and build referral partnerships to drive market growth.
