The Production Partner manages loan production processes, ensuring credit integrity, pricing accuracy, and operational efficiency within a lending Pod, collaborating closely with Loan Officers and internal teams.

Support eviction, pre-marketing, and closing for REO assets: order and review valuations, process vendor invoices, maintain REO records, coordinate with counsel, brokers, and vendors, assist REO title closings, and ensure compliance with investor and internal guidelines.

The Production Assistant supports VP's of Lending by organizing loan files, managing documentation, maintaining client communication, and ensuring efficient processing and underwriting of loans.
