Own the Offline Lending product end-to-end in Nigeria, covering acquisition, origination, pricing, underwriting, repayment, collections, and portfolio performance. Drive growth and profitability across branch, field, agent, and other offline channels. Use lending metrics and data to improve approval rates, turnaround time, repayment, repeat lending, and unit economics while collaborating with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of fintech infrastructure. Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, automate operations, manage incidents, implement CI/CD, configure observability, define SLIs/SLOs, support deployments, perform capacity planning and disaster recovery, and ensure security and compliance.

Analyze card portfolio and customer transaction data, build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI/Tableau), monitor KPIs like issuance, activation, utilization, and revenue, support ad-hoc requests, and ensure data quality and structure.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation across Loans, Deposits, and Cards including solution design, integrations (Salesforce→Rencore→Mambu), data migration, testing, change management, training, governance, and post-go-live optimization to drive adoption and regulatory compliance.
