Acquire and manage SME clients, drive loan origination and portfolio growth, assess creditworthiness, support underwriting, execute loan documentation, monitor repayment and risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify cross-selling opportunities. The role requires collaboration with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams, market intelligence reporting, pipeline tracking, and strong relationship management within financial services.

Manage end-to-end debit and credit card operations, including issuance, personalization, activation, transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, disputes, fraud controls, compliance, inventory, vendor performance, reporting, and customer issue resolution. The role ensures regulatory and card-scheme compliance, improves operational processes, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports product launches, and drives reliable, scalable card operations.

The Senior Sales Executive will drive growth by prospecting, generating leads, managing pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service to convert prospects into loyal clients.
