Interpret engineering drawings, install panels, brackets, doors, silencers, ventilation systems, insulation, and acoustic treatments. Perform drilling, tapping, cutting, and fabrication; align components; conduct quality checks and final inspections; resolve build issues; and maintain safe, clean working practices while collaborating with welding, fabrication, and electrical teams.

Responsibilities include sourcing and supplier assessments, cost and price negotiations, should-cost analysis, supplier performance improvement, delivery targets, capacity mapping, quality audits, localization, cost savings, and cross-functional issue resolution. Requires frequent supplier travel and collaboration with global purchasing, engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams.

Lead 3–5 concurrent software programs from initiation through release using Agile practices. Manage sprint ceremonies, planning, resource tracking, Power BI dashboards, executive reporting, cross-functional alignment, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance. The role partners with Engineering, Product, QA, and business teams while maintaining program governance and achieving defined execution, quality, stakeholder, and efficiency KPIs.

Leads global HR strategy for Rehlko’s Engines business, partnering with executives to align talent, workforce planning, organizational design, succession, leadership development, employee engagement, rewards, and culture with growth objectives. Oversees a global HR team and supports transformations, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, employee relations, labor relations, and change management across a matrixed organization.

Manages logistics support for FAA contracts, including inventory, warehousing, equipment deployments, government property accountability, funding, invoicing, aftermarket parts, and lifecycle support. Coordinates with FAA stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers; conducts audits and reconciliations; provides reporting and briefings; and ensures compliance with FAA regulations, FAR requirements, contractual terms, and property management standards.

Lead data governance, stewardship, and master data management for Aftermarket Parts & Services. Define policies, maintain metadata/lineage, improve data quality across ERP/PLM/CRM/analytics, support eCommerce and IoT/predictive maintenance, automate stewardship tasks, and drive governance adoption across stakeholders.

Designs and develops electrical architectures, schematics, and equipment solutions for industrial projects. Analyzes customer requirements, conducts technical studies, prepares project documentation, ensures compliance with standards, and provides technical support to project teams, production, and customers. Participates in project reviews, testing, and customer FAT/SAT acceptance activities. Contributes to technology monitoring, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and occasional coordination of internal or external technical resources.

Plans manufactured items, updates the Master Production Plan weekly according to workload and production capacity, monitors manufacturing progress with production line leaders, coordinates with projects, procurement, planning, and production teams, and reports plans or issues to management. The role may also improve planning tools and requires industrial planning experience, production management education, and interest in Sustainable Lean.
