Develops technically robust project proposals, estimates, bills of materials, cost build-ups, tender responses, and contract handover files. Interprets client requirements, drawings, M&E specifications, and scopes of supply; coordinates supplier quotations; provides technical support to Sales; and ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, commercial awareness, analytical ability, communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Leads industrial electrotechnical and automation projects from customer needs and commercial proposals through delivery. Coordinates sales, engineering, production, and purchasing teams; manages technical and contractual requirements; communicates project progress to customers; and negotiates contractual deviations. Requires at least five years of experience in industrial electrotechnics or automation, along with strong relationship-building, leadership, teamwork, and curiosity.

The Manufacturing Engineer drives safety, quality, delivery, cost reduction, and continuous improvement in a production area. Responsibilities include applying Lean principles, improving processes and equipment utilization, supporting production builds, resolving manufacturing issues, coordinating new product introductions, establishing shop routes, evaluating capacity, providing technical process support, and supporting ISO 9001 compliance. The role collaborates with production, maintenance, materials, and design engineering teams and provides backup support for department scheduling or supervision.
