The AI Product Specialist builds and tests AI Agents using Regal's platform, focusing on conversation flows, prompt engineering, quality control, and product feedback, while supporting customer interactions and product development.

Lead two engineering teams owning real-time call delivery infrastructure and applied voice AI. Set technical roadmaps, manage and hire engineers, drive model-to-production work on EOU, VAD, AMD, STT accuracy and latency, collaborate with product and AI leadership, and unblock cross-functional challenges.
