Design and validate mechanical components for motors, actuators, and motion-control products. Perform structural, thermal, dynamic, and motion analyses (FEA), create CAD models and drawings, manage BOMs and engineering changes, test and validate performance, support customers and field service, and assist sales with RFQs and proposals.

Support plant financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance and cost analysis, inventory and cost accounting, SOX/internal controls support, and partner with operations toward continuous improvement and Controller cross-training.

Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements and sustain third-party certifications.

Lead and implement quality improvement plans to meet PPM and first-pass yield targets. Promote Lean principles, develop assembly documentation, drive corrective/preventative actions, support training and part/process qualification, and analyze production data to reduce defects and improve processes.

Lead development and execution of a global corporate security program covering strategy, threat intelligence, executive protection, travel risk management, crisis response, site security assessments, and vendor oversight. Partner with Legal, HR, EHS, IT Security, Real Estate, and Risk to protect people, facilities, assets, and reputation across North America and global operations. Manage a team and external providers, ensure compliance with CTPAT and supply-chain security, and support business continuity and incident response.

Develop and execute industry-focused go-to-market strategies for the Linear Motion division. Own market analysis, competitive analysis, VOC collection, sales enablement, training, industry campaign deployment, and customer advocacy to drive bookings, funnel growth, and market share.

Translate customer needs into product specs; lead prototype design, build, testing and approval; review drawings and BOMs for new model releases and engineering changes; lead and support material cost-out projects; support pilot runs, root-cause motor failure analysis and manufacturing problem resolution; respond to customer feedback and perform onsite visits as needed.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management for indirect and logistics spend (energy, staffing, IT-telecom, MRO, packaging, facility services, equipment, logistics). Manage RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, spend analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Support budgeting, supplier qualification, compliance, and continuous improvement. Up to 50% domestic travel.

Set up and operate centerless grinder machinery on 2nd shift, inspect parts to print, deburr as needed, move material to next workstation, maintain a clean safe work area, and follow ISO 9001 production standards.

Lead development and governance of global transfer pricing strategy. Advise on restructurings, M&A, IP/licensing, intercompany financing, and supply chain changes. Manage third-party documentation providers and coordinate transfer pricing aspects of compliance, provision, planning, and controversy across Tax, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business units. Drive process improvements and automation.

Support monthly close and consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, treasury accounting, US ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and SEC reporting support. Drive process improvements, maintain internal controls, and coordinate audits while collaborating with finance, controllership, treasury, legal, and HR teams.

Provide onsite quality engineering support for aerospace manufacturing: analyze quality data, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, manage nonconforming product dispositions, develop inspection plans, execute gauge R&Rs and capability studies, support AS9100/NADCAP certification activities, and qualify new equipment and processes using PPAP/APQP and other quality tools.

Support centralized accounting across multiple legal entities: prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, manage intercompany accounting and billings, support inventory and cash application activities, assist audits, and partner with corporate and local teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements in accordance with GAAP.
