The Plant Manager will lead operations, drive EHS initiatives, enhance continuous improvement, develop business plans, and foster employee engagement.

Lead development, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and automation (SPM) for motor-related assembly operations. Drive cycle-time reduction, productivity, cost savings, and ROI on automation projects. Support production trials and ramp-ups, resolve issues, mentor junior engineers, and execute Lean/CI initiatives.

Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities; prepare and analyze financial reports, accruals, forecasts and dashboards; manage intercompany, freight and charge-out processes; perform variance analysis and budgeting support; ensure reporting accuracy, compliance and internal controls; collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
