Translate customer needs into product specs; lead prototype design, build, testing and approval; review drawings and BOMs for new model releases and engineering changes; lead and support material cost-out projects; support pilot runs, root-cause motor failure analysis and manufacturing problem resolution; respond to customer feedback and perform onsite visits as needed.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management for indirect and logistics spend (energy, staffing, IT-telecom, MRO, packaging, facility services, equipment, logistics). Manage RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, spend analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Support budgeting, supplier qualification, compliance, and continuous improvement. Up to 50% domestic travel.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for procurement-focused commercial agreements and NDAs. Review, negotiate, and redline contracts, advise sourcing teams on legal and commercial risk, drive stakeholder engagement, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and controls while escalating issues as needed.
