Participate in a rotational enterprise leadership program encompassing product management, sales and marketing, strategy and M&A, continuous improvement, operations, and supply chain. Manage cross-functional relationships, execute KPIs, present outcomes to senior leaders, develop business and technical expertise, and receive mentorship and formal leadership development while preparing for future senior leadership roles.

Provides technical support for bearings manufacturing operations in a lean manufacturing environment. Leads continuous improvement, Kaizen, root-cause correction, cost reduction, tooling and workstation optimization, and manufacturing projects. Applies mechanical and manufacturing engineering principles to improve quality, delivery, safety, productivity, and cost. Collaborates with operations, procurement, sales, marketing, site leadership, and remote engineering teams while coaching employees in performance excellence methods.

Processes and validates Mexico and U.S. vendor invoices in SAP, manages approval workflows and payment runs, reconciles accounts payable and vendor statements, maintains vendor master data, and supports month-end close and audits. Ensures compliance with CFDI, U.S. documentation standards, SOX, internal controls, and corporate policies. Generates AP aging reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses while resolving discrepancies with vendors and cross-functional teams.
