Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care including exams, prenatal, childbirth and postpartum management, diagnostic testing, treatment, patient education, recordkeeping, and collaboration with care teams.

Provide comprehensive primary care including patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and preventive care; educate patients; document histories and treatments; perform triage and stabilize emergencies; order and interpret diagnostic tests; follow up and refer to specialists as appropriate.

Performs diagnostic obstetric and fetal ultrasound exams, documents and reports findings, maintains patient data, uses specialized ultrasound equipment, notifies clinicians of urgent abnormalities, and works with MFM providers onsite or via remote reads.

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including exams, diagnoses, prescribing medications, vaccinations, minor procedures (sutures, splinting, wound care), and newborn nursery coverage. Collaborate with PAs/NPs, maintain flexible scheduling including evenings and some weekends, and participate in FQHC community health initiatives.

Provide outpatient ENT care including diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions; perform noninvasive skin procedures and prescribe medications; maintain accurate electronic medical records; refer to specialists as needed; educate patients on treatment and prevention; participate in continuing professional development and adhere to ethical and legal standards.

Provide general primary care to health center patients: triage, document history/treatment, order and interpret diagnostics, educate on preventive care, and refer to specialists as needed.

Provide pediatric primary care including exams, diagnosis, prescriptions, immunizations, minor procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care), and newborn nursery coverage. Work alongside PAs/NPs in an FQHC setting with flexible schedules and support for CME and licensure.

Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, follow-up care, documentation, consultations with medical staff, emergency response, and coverage for colleagues as needed within a community health center.

Provide behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of psychiatric disorders. Conduct interviews and diagnostic testing, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver psychotherapy, make referrals, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, and support compliance and organizational duties.

Provide dermatologic patient care: evaluate skin conditions, diagnose and prescribe treatments, perform noninvasive procedures, refer specialists, document EMR, educate patients, and pursue continuing professional development.

Provide full-scope midwifery care (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum) and well-woman gynecology in inpatient and outpatient settings, take hospital call, conduct exams, prescribe medications including contraception, order labs, provide prenatal care, labor/birth support, education, and preconception counseling.

Provide friendly, patient-focused service in the optical department: guide frame selection, explain lens options and pricing/insurance, fit and adjust eyewear, dispense and troubleshoot glasses, perform minor repairs, and maintain a professional, organized space.

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including exams, prescriptions, immunizations, minor procedures (splinting, suturing, wound care), newborn nursery coverage, and collaborate with PA/NP team at an FQHC.

Greet patients and visitors, schedule and manage appointments using eClinical Works, confirm/cancel/reschedule appointments, follow clinic policies, handle heavy phone and patient traffic courteously, and perform other administrative duties. Sundays and evenings required. No prior experience necessary; training provided.

Perform daily billing tasks including insurance verification, prior authorizations, data entry, claim correction and rebilling, follow-up on accounts, and maintain patient confidentiality while supporting compliance and other operational duties.
