Refuah’s Women’s Healthcare team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners and midwives, and is supported by a well-established and dedicated nursing and administrative staff. We are leaders in our market with a community-based setting that is affiliated with prominent healthcare systems.

 

We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN to join our medical center. Candidate will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, treating and monitoring diseases and issues related to women's health, and providing medical counsel and support to women during pregnancy and childbirth

OB/GYN Physician Responsibilities:

  • Performing a wide range of tests, including pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams. 
  • Diagnosing and prescribing treatments for disorders and diseases.
  • Conducting routine check-ups on patients.
  • Monitoring and treating expectant mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
  • Recording medical history.
  • Educating patients about disease prevention and detection, and reproductive health.
  • Collaborating with other medical and non-medical personnel.
  • Keeping up to date with current practices and innovations.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Refuah:

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited Allopathic or Osteopathic School
  • Active unrestricted NYS Medical License or the ability to attain one
  • Active NY DEA registration
  • Board certification 
  • Eligible to Work in the US
  • BLS certified
