Leads Redwood Credit Union’s consumer lending strategy and full portfolio across auto, personal, credit card, and indirect lending. Directs origination, underwriting, servicing, compliance, pricing, portfolio performance, budgeting, vendor relationships, and team development. Drives growth through digital lending, AI-enabled automation, personalization, marketing partnerships, and improved borrower experiences while managing credit risk and regulatory obligations. Represents lending with senior leadership, the Board, regulators, community partners, and industry organizations.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions using RPA and Microsoft Copilot. Analyze processes, architect AI-enhanced workflows, develop UiPath automations, integrate systems via APIs, and ensure secure, auditable deployments. Mentor junior staff, provide production support, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement.

Analyze and redesign business processes, elicit requirements, identify automation opportunities, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and develop KPIs and success metrics. The role partners with data, business, and IT teams across Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall SDLCs; recommends Lean-based improvements; supports technology projects; trains staff; and manages diverse stakeholder relationships and vendors.

Provides customer service and administrative support for ancillary insurance products. Contacts members, gathers information, prepares quotes, binds coverage, processes claims and renewals, maintains records, tracks leads and sales, resolves inquiries, and supports insurance sales goals. The role also promotes insurance services across branches, assists with product implementation, updates databases and reports, and requires an active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Manage and optimize payment products including cards, digital wallets, P2P, account transfers, real-time payments, rewards, and emerging technologies. Analyze portfolio, transaction, and member data to drive adoption, growth, product improvements, and member engagement. Coordinate launches, pilots, vendor evaluations, business cases, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring regulatory, network, risk, compliance, and fraud requirements. Monitor vendors, market trends, operational performance, and member feedback, presenting recommendations to leadership.

Provide inside insurance sales and service to members by phone, email, and virtual methods. Follow up leads, quote and bind policies, handle endorsements, renewals, coverage questions, claims support, billing coordination, and maintain AMS/Epic records. Perform administrative tasks, reporting, and branch outreach to promote agency services.

Process and resolve complex DMV titling transactions to ensure perfected vehicle loan security. Submit title documents, reconcile DMV refunds, research payoff and title issues, file UCCs, maintain paperless title system, and provide high-level support to members, branches, and internal teams while safeguarding confidential member information.

The SVP of Accounting and Finance at Redwood Credit Union will oversee financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and fiscal planning while leading the Accounting and Finance departments for enhanced organizational performance.

Lead and grow Redwood Credit Union's Wealth Management program by managing advisors, driving sales of investment and retirement products, ensuring compliance, developing training, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and promoting wealth services across branches and communities.

Lead and manage Redwood Credit Union's community, financial wellness, and social impact programs and the RCU Community Fund. Oversee program planning, budgeting, execution, measurement, reporting, staff hiring and development, cross‑functional partnerships, communications, and community representation to drive program impact and visibility.

Lead strategy and operational management of Redwood Group's digital self-service channels (web, digital banking, intranet). Manage staff and vendors, drive user-centered design and research, ensure quality, security, SEO, and uptime, oversee projects and budgets, measure performance, and deliver digital product enhancements to increase member and staff adoption.
