Manage post-closing loan documentation and vault records, scan and set up loan files, process payoffs and re-conveyances, prepare QC audit files, mail disclosures, handle member inquiries and calls, and provide general administrative and team support to ensure compliance and smooth lending operations.

Investigate and respond to potential member account fraud across channels (mobile deposits, wires, ATM, online banking, external transfers, new accounts). Monitor daily fraud reports, restrict/secure accounts, communicate with members and branches, file SARs as needed, collaborate with law enforcement, document findings, and recommend process improvements. Prepare weekly status reports and support the Account Fraud Assistant Manager.

The Cloud Data Engineer will design, implement, and manage data solutions on Microsoft Azure, create and maintain data pipelines, and ensure data security for decision-making processes.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions using RPA and Microsoft Copilot. Analyze processes, architect AI-enhanced workflows, develop UiPath automations, integrate systems via APIs, and ensure secure, auditable deployments. Mentor junior staff, provide production support, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement.

The Senior Compliance Analyst identifies risks and issues, conducts compliance analysis, manages compliance programs, leads projects, and provides guidance to team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide inside insurance sales and service to members by phone, email, and virtual methods. Perform administrative tasks, reporting, and branch outreach to promote agency services.
